Assassin's Creed / Snapchat Event

Assassin’s Creed, the video game adaptation that hit theaters years ago, pioneered an innovative campaign by blending experiential activation with native Snapchat features. Through live events and exclusive filters, the partnership delivered a uniquely interactive experience for fans at the time.




LOGIN

Prior to film’s release the Assassin’s Creed event will be held in a mock Spanish church where guests will be able to login to Snapchat and receive exclusive filters
and geotags. Once logged in guests will randomly be designated as a “Assassin” or a “Conquistador”; two warring factions in the film.





FILTER

Guests will be able to use an exclusive filter to “assassinate” rival guests featuring a unique filter animation.




TROPHIES

Depending on how many “assassinations” you have at the event exclusive trophies can be unlocked including rare private screening passes. 




CONTRACT LIST

After the release of the film more Assassin’s Creed features will be released to the public. Most notably, users will have the ability to change their contact list
to a “contract list” and will be able to “assassinate” your friends for more trophies and unlocks.
